Our SMS Services (text messages) are, and will be, used to communicate quickly with parents/guardians of campers who can expect to receive messages about their child, updates about our camp program, promotional messages about upcoming offers and events, reminders and such like. Potential future camper parents can expect to receive SMS (text messages) from us about promotional offers, appointment reminders and important updates. During the months leading up to summer camp parents/guardians can expect to receive text messages each week about approaching deadlines, missing forms, balances due, check-in and check-out times, etc. While your daughter is at camp, we might send texts about events occurring at camp, spending balances, closing day, pick-up times, pre-registration, etc. After her session we might send texts about approaching promotional deadlines, Boutiki sales, Holiday specials, Mother Daughter Weekend and other events.
Data we collect from online forms as well as other means, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc., are stored in a secure database which is limited to use by authorized personnel using individual secure logins with user’s access limited to specific job functions.
